This resource pack is an updated version of the Resource Pack for Community Pharmacists
that was first published in January 2003.

This updated version takes into consideration the learnings from the Community Pharmacy Medicines Management Project, in order to present pharmacists with a practical resource to help them with the planning and delivery of a medicines management service from their community pharmacy.
